Q: 1. What material is the graphic printed on?
A: The graphic will be printed on high-quality 9 oz. wrinkle free fabric. It is a three layered woven fabric that is 100% Polyester. This fabric is wrinkle resistant with minimal light reflection. The minimal space between threads on this fabric allows for exceptional print quality and opacity, more than other standard fabrics. Fabric is suitable for table tops, photo backdrops, and elegant pop displays.

Q: 2. How do I install my insert onto the frame?
A: Graphic has top and bottom pole pockets, which slide over tube hardware, for quick and easy installation.

Q: 3. Is the frame adjustable?
A: Yes, the frame is adjustable. The width can be adjusted 69”-129” and the Height 36”-102”.

Q: 4. Can the display be used as a photo backdrop?
A: Yes, this display can be used as a backdrop for photography. The fabric will not have "flashback" making it a great option for this use.

Q: 5. Do you print Double-Sided inserts for the Step and Repeat?
A: We offer Single-Sided printing only for the Step and Repeat. This product is usually used as a backdrop for events where only one sided is used.

Q: 6. Will pole pockets affect my graphic?
A: The 3" pole pockets sewn on the top and bottom of your banner will be sewn about 3" into the graphic. If you have any important text or images you don't want sewn over, we recommend moving the items at least 4" inside of the artwork area.

Q: 7. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: You will receive your order in approximately 8-9 business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. We are shipping in Florida only.

Q: 8. How can I remove wrinkles from my banner?
A: A handheld steamer should suffice to remove creasing or wrinkles on your fabric banner.

Q: 9. Do I have to pay shipping?
R: You don't have to pay shipping.

Q: 10. I have an idea of the design, can you create the artwork for me?
A: If you have an idea for your design, but do not have a digital file prepared by a graphic designer ready to print, you will need to create the artwork. We offer design services, please contact us for a quote.

Q: 11. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
A: To ensure the printing quality of your graphics, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department.

Your submitted graphic should fit the exact dimensions of the print you ordered. There are 3” pole pockets at the top and bottom of this graphic. The seams from the hemmed pole pocket will be visible 3” from the top and bottom of the graphic.
