Q: 1. How long is the table runner?
A: 36"W (0.91m) x 84"H (2.13m).

Q: 2. What do you recommend on fabric cleaning and wash setting?
A: Fabric can be machine washed with cold water and gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do NOT bleach, tumble dry, or iron.

Q: 3. Is the Table Throw included?
A: No, the Table Throw is not included.

Q: 4. What would it look like on a table?
A: It would look approximately like the photo below.

Q: 5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: You will receive your order in approximately 8-9 business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. We are shipping in Florida only.

Q: 6. I have an idea of the design, can you create the artwork for me?
A: If you have an idea for your design, but do not have a digital file prepared by a graphic designer ready to print, you will need to create the artwork. We offer design services, please contact us for a quote.

Q: 7. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
A: To ensure the printing quality of your graphics, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department.

Bleed should be 3" on each side (top, bottom, left and right) and should extend beyond the cut line, this will be trimmed from the product during the final cut phase. The final size of your art, with the margin should be 39" x 87". However, at the time of printing and cutting your cards will have a standard size of 36"x 84".

Templates: Our template is used as a guide or reference to show general placement of logos/graphic elements, however, when submitting the artwork, you must submit it without the guidelines, otherwise they would be printed. See image below for example. To get template click on the following link:
