Q: 1. What is tension fabric display
A: The term “tension fabric” essentially means a fabric cover stretched over a rigid frame. The material is designed to fit on the design of frame it is being pulled onto. Tension fabric is very durable and made from a high-quality polyester material. This polyester is among the most popular materials and is most commonly used with banners, flags and trade show displays.

Polyester fabric is popular for tension fabric displays because it is a synthetic material that holds color very well over time in sunlight and when machine washed in cold water. Holding the vivid colors that are produced on polyester tension fabric is one the most significant benefits to this style of material. Polyester tension fabrics are also durable and extremely lightweight.

Q: 2. How do I install my insert onto the frame?
A: Using the velcro strips sewn into the fabric insert, you can easily attach the insert to the corresponding velcro strips that run along the frame. The front portion of the insert can be attached to the horizontal velcro strips on the face of the frame, while the sides are attached via the vertical velcro strips.

Q: 3. What material is the graphic printed on?
A: The graphic will be printed on high-quality 8.8 oz. tension polyester, allowing the material to comfortably fit onto the hardware. The dye-sublimation printing ensures flawless image quality and durability.

Q: 4. Is the frame adjustable?
A: The frame is not adjustable, it only extends to one set size.

Q: 5. Can the display be used as a photo backdrop?
A: Yes, this display can be used as a backdrop for photography. The fabric will not have "flashback" making it a great option for this use. We highy recommend using the available LED Lights to add additional lighting to the display but keep in mind the LED Lights are not created for professional photography lighting.

Q: 6. Is the frame for this product interchangeable
A: The frame is specifically designed for its intended fabric display due to the sewing and tension of the material. The frame wouldn't be applicable, or recommended, for other fabric display types or sizes.

Q: 7. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: You will receive your order in approximately 8-9 business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. We are shipping in Florida only.

Q: 8. Do I have to pay shipping?
R: You don't have to pay shipping.

Q: 9. I have an idea of the design, can you create the artwork for me?
A: If you have an idea for your design, but do not have a digital file prepared by a graphic designer ready to print, you will need to create the artwork. We offer design services, please contact us for a quote.

Q: 10. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
A: To ensure the printing quality of your graphics, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department.

Artwork size: 108” x 89.5” (W x H). Safe Zone: Front 76” x 85.5” (W x H). Side 10” x 85.5” (W x H)

Templates: Our template is used as a guide or reference to show general placement of logos/graphic elements, however, when submitting the artwork, you must submit it without the guidelines, otherwise they would be printed. See image below for example. To get template click on the following link:
