Q: 1. What material is the graphic printed on?
A: The graphic will be printed on high-quality 9 oz. wrinkle free fabric. It is a three layered woven fabric that is 100% Polyester. This fabric is wrinkle resistant with minimal light reflection. The minimal space between threads on this fabric allows for exceptional print quality and opacity, more than other standard fabrics. Fabric is suitable for table tops, photo backdrops, and elegant pop displays.

Q: 2. What is the hardware made from?
A: The Tension Fabric frame is a lightweight and sturdy aluminum stand. The base uses a strong aluminum to properly balance the frame.

Q: 3. How do I install my insert onto the frame?
A: Connect and fasten the stand’s poles together by pushing down on the locking mechanism. Once the poles are connected and the locking mechanism pops out, the poles are secure. Screw the ends of the poles into the stand’s base to ensure stability. Slip the fabric over the frame to complete the display. Fabric Tube Displays come equipped with a portable carrying case to store the stand’s parts and make travel and setup a breeze.

Q: 4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: If you live in Florida, you will receive your order in approximately six or seven business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. For delivery times in other states, please contact us.

A: You don't have to pay shipping.

Q: 7. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
A: To ensure the printing quality of your cards, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department.

Bleed should be 0.5" on left, right and 0.25" on top, bottom and should extend beyond the cut line, this will be trimmed from the product during the final cut phase. Keep all text at least 3" from the edge. The final size of your art, with the margin should be 48.5"x 92". However, at the time of printing and cutting your cards will have a standard size of 48" x 90".

Templates: Our template is used as a guide or reference to show general placement of logos/graphic elements, however, when submitting the artwork, you must submit it without the guidelines, otherwise they would be printed. See image below for example. To get template click on the following link:
